I just had a house project completed by SERVPRO of West Pensacola. I was in great hands with their team. I was so impressed with how professional and efficient the service was. Jagger Goza, the production chief, was outstanding with explaining the problem, how to resolve it and all of my choices. He responded immediately to any of my questions or concerns. He accommodated my family’s schedule. Robert and Skylar went right to work and completed everything on time. Jagger, Robert and Skylar were so friendly and always took the time to make sure I was satisfied. I have worked with other Restoration companies but SERVPRO of West Pensacola is the best. They are the ones to call .

Servpro Rep Steve Stone showed up ,we were late to arrive, got stuck at the bank. He was very polite even though having to wait. He looked at our furniture and said there was no reason the driver should denied the shipment. He recommended a spray to wipe the furniture down to prevent mold while in navy storage. He was an informative and polite person. He described where , how and why mold develops and how to prevent mold. If you want SERVPRO in Pensacola, ask for Steve Stone. Simply an outstanding representative.

We had Servpro come out after we discovered a leak and were concerned about mold accumulation. The owner came out and he was the kindest, most honest, helpful man! He gave us the option with instructions of how to do the job ourself since there really wasn’t any mold to worry about! You can definitely trust these guys to be upfront!! 10/10 would recommend!
