OUTSTANDING. Kings is totally fantastic. I had a really tricky situation to handle for tenants, and Kings went above, beyond, and then some. They were swift, kind, professional, got the job done quickly and beautifully, and every time I interacted with anyone from the crew or the office…everything was GREAT. I wish every business was like Kings – IMPECCABLE. Ryen, the owner, was wonderful. I learned a lot about the process, he listened carefully and kindly, and spent time with me after hours when I first needed to call. I felt seen, heard, held, and respected. This is what it’s like to be taken care of by someone at the top of craft. Shout out also to wonderful Victor, who was on site and went way, way, way above and beyond for me. On 3 different occasions, he went out of his way to help, and because of him, things felt effortless and smooth on my end. Victor was kind, helpful, and wonderful. Working with Kings has been an outstanding experience. I’d hire them again in a heartbeat, and honor them for what they do, and how they do it. I was very happy with Kings Remediation. They did what they said they would in a timely manner. Victor cleaned everywhere there was an issue. They left my kitchen spotless. My only complaint. Victor did not cap off where the dishwasher was hooked up to. I went to turn on the water and had water come out under the sink.

We recently had a water issue coming into our ceiling from a heavy rainstorm. Noticed the problem the next morning and called Kings immediately. They arrived within a few hours and prevented any further damages by there quick response. I recommend that if you have the need for this type of service this would be the only call you would need to make. Very professional, honest and fair!

The entire team at Kings was professional, immediately responded to our needs. Hillary hit us hard and we were leaving the next day. They came out when promised and assessed our needs and moved crews around so they could take care of us before we left. While we were gone Ryan took the time to meet with our insurance adjuster to keep things moving in the right direction. Upon our return they came back to finish. As a result of their quality work we passed our mold certification the first time. If a disaster happens they will be the first call we make!

My experience with Kings Remediation, Ryen Flores Jarrod, Diego, and OZ was beyond amazing. Their attention to detail, their response time, their diligence in not only identifying, but showing me the issues, providing options, and protecting my family with their sectioning off the affected areas was the best I have ever been associated. I run a business and have had dozens of these situations over the years they were hands down the best !!! We used them commercially as well as residential. They complete the job on time and constantly try to provide additional value. Their communication was thorough, consistent, and very proactive. I give them 10 stars or a scale of 5 The integrity of these men and the company is beyond reproach. I live in Northern California, and my parents are in Cathedral City. They got flooded yesterday in the rains, and I sent Kings information to my mom. She reached out and they replied immediately. They were thorough, polite, and professional. They responded immediately when others didn’t, and jumped into action. I appreciate knowing the right people are helping my parents!

Literally the BEST experience. They were able to get to our house quickly and get us going on removing mold found in our house. We have two small toddlers and Amber and Ryen we do compassionate about getting the job appropriately and quickly so that it would be safe for our family to get back into the area. Family owned will alway be the way to go and they really provide customer service that is hard to find these days. Thank you guys so much!

I work at a Country Club in Indian Wells and we are currently renovating our locker rooms. I had some glass doors installed and that’s when we discovered a water leak that was creating black mold. Kings Remediation was recommended and they didn’t disappoint! They were fantastic and extremely professional that got the job done quickly so we could stay on track with our renovation. What a great company!!! I was blown away by the very friendly and brotherly attitude Ryan and his crew have. I had a flood in my house due the heavy rain few weeks ago. I called the local companies here in Yucca Valley and they all don’t have time to come over. I called Kings Remediation, thinking that they might turn me down too. But at my great surprise, they showed up within an hour and they took care of the whole process, explaining everything along the way. Soon after that my insurance called me denying my claim. Ryan and his team, instead of charging the full amount of the service, charged me ONLY around the tenth of the original amount, and explained to me that he and his crew understand struggles of our community and he is just very happy to be help. I’VE NEVER SEEN THIS KIND OF HONESTY AND KINDNESS FROM ANYONE IN MY COMMUNITY. I will forever recommend Kings Remediation to anyone who has flood, plumbing or home restoration problem in a heart beat. Thank you Kinds Remediation and God bless.
