We found black mold in our walk-out basement while trying to sell our home. Genesis was great in helping find where the mold started, mitigating the problem with minimal damage to the home, and helping our potential buyer understand where the mold most likely came from. They eliminated the problem and were very easy to schedule. We highly recommend Genesis if you get the unfortunate news that you have mold in your home.

Genesis did a great job of identifying and remedied the issue by contacting a plumber to fix the leak. Once that was done they took care of the mold that was in the wall and finally fogged the whole house. They were great to work with alway polite and on time.

I am very pleased with the work of Genesis Healthy Homes! I am buying a new home, and I spoke to Bill several times about how to go about a mold inspection and he even did a mold visual test for free. He was extremely patient and helpful as I was making the decision if my home needed an air test as well as the visual test. He and his head tech even came to do the visual test on their day off, which was extremely generous. You can tell they run their business with integrity and with people’s comfort and safety in mind!
