Shocked & disappointed in the fees …j d restoration was employed by the public adjuster handling my case. They came & tarped/sandbagged my MINIMALLY AFFECTED ROOF. My insurance company called me to let me know of their exorbitant fees….$6000!! I opposed it. And told the adjuster how appalling it wasThey were asked by the adjuster to remove their tarps so the inspector could assess the roof. They removed most of the tarps & NONE of the sandbags. The sandbags deteriorated in the Florida heat & sun. I explained the bill will not be paid until the roof is cleaned up.

This company needs to contact the agents they have here in Jacksonville Florida who are 3 girls with the supervisor Sara Halim who are looking to go to your house and break your property, they did it with my roof and that of my mother’s house. They made my mother sign a contract so they could get an insurance commission. Do not do it!!! If you don’t want to follow the process with them, you still have to answer for that, that’s why they make you sign the contract and then they don’t send it to you, they keep it, your insurance is going to increase in price and the contract they give you says that you have to do it. responsible for the payment of the machines installed in the house if the insurance does not pay. These girls have not wanted to respond to messages or calls. Careful! They only speak Spanish and it is not convenient for them to have you there when they go up to the roof. I recommend having a camera outside and inside your house if you hire them to see everything they do. This company should really look for good people when it comes to doing their job, not these types of girls who go through life damaging your property in order to get paid.
