We recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with a pipe break in the suppression system of our 8,000 sq. ft. training facility. However, we are extremely grateful for the prompt and efficient response from Bison Restoration. First and foremost, their response time was exceptional. Despite it being a weekend, they arrived at our facility within an hour of our distress call. This quick arrival was crucial in preventing further damage and minimizing the impact on our operations. Once on-site, Bison Restoration wasted no time in getting to work and immediately began the extraction process. Their team worked tirelessly until the extraction was complete, ensuring that all the water and silt was removed from the building. What impressed us the most was their willingness to go above and beyond their primary responsibilities. Not only did they handle the water extraction flawlessly, but their staff also proved to be incredibly helpful in connecting us with contractors who could identify the issue and repair the suppression system lines. This additional assistance saved us a significant amount of time and effort in finding reliable contractors to bid the projects. Throughout the entire process, Bison Restoration’s staff was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. They kept us informed about the progress and explained each step of the restoration process in detail. Their expertise and guidance were invaluable in navigating through this challenging situation. Bison restoration services did an outstanding job on my home. My loss was in the middle of the night while I was on shift at work while my wife and kids were home alone the sent a crew out night to take care of things so that my family was fine. Cam and Joe in particular helped the process with clear communication in helping me understand what the process will look like and what it is supposed to look like because when you have not been through a situation like this before it would be easy for someone to come in and take advantage. They did not and I appreciate that. Thanks guys. Would definitely recommend.

Bison responded immediately when I called and were at my house the same day. Zack was knowledgeable, kind, and kept me updated on arrival time everyday. He went above and beyond to help with every step of our water restoration Highly recommended this company !!

We were extremely impressed with Bison’s services, response, overall timeliness, and professionalism. Cameron, Tony, Bryce, and Brian were the team who worked to provide clean up following a “water pipe explosion” as my 5-year-old called it. They immediately responded fairly late on a Sunday evening, stabilized the situation with dehumidifiers, and returned promptly the next morning to assess next steps and set up more equipment. While we are very pleased with the service and attention to detail, I was most impressed with the professionalism and customer service of this team. Over the course of a week, Bison showed up every single day to assess the status, gave me thorough and knowledgeable updates, and were just incredibly kind individuals. This was our first experience with this sort of issue and even though I hope we don’t have another requiring their services, if we do, Bison would be my first call. The combination of quality service and exceptional customer experience makes me comfortable in highly recommending Bison and its employees. 0/0 recommend pipe explosions; 10/10 recommend Bison when they do.
