Had swift restoration come and help after a flood happened in my home. They took care of everything. The removal of the wet damaged stuff ,drying , and even putting everything back in place all new as if it didn’t even happen. New floors, matched paint perfectly, and They were fast, professional and great customer service. Highly recommend this company .

Swift was awesome to work with, especially Tom as our project manager. He was great at communicating and giving us regular updates and explaining our options along the way. We had a few projects we wanted done: new flooring in the family room and laundry room (including tearing out old 90s tile), adding a new basin sink and cabinets in the laundry room, and a brand new bathroom in the basement, which before was an unfinished closet that didn’t even have electric wiring — the only thing it had were drains, one of which they had to completely relocate in the foundation. The crews were awesome to work with, and very pleasant! They checked with us along the way to make sure everything was how we envisioned it. Definitely recommend Swift and will use them in the future.

We had a house fire in November 2023. Most of our garage had to be torn down from fire damage and the rest of our house had to be completely gutted because of smoke damage. We chose Swift Restoration and Remodeling for our restoration and have not had one regret! They were such great advocates for us with our insurance to get the things done that needed to be done. They helped us come up with a new layout for our house that is so much better than it was before. Their attention to detail is impeccable and everything turned out so beautiful, even better than we could have imagined. We absolutely love how our home turned out and are so grateful to Swift for making it feel like home again after going through the trauma of a house fire. Everyone who worked on our home was so professional and kind, but we are especially grateful to John. He is so personable, listened to all of our concerns, communicated with us every step of the way, and gave us the best advice/ideas on how to make our home look and feel amazing. We cannot say enough good things about Swift, we would highly recommend them to anyone going through a restoration or wanting a remodel!

Swift restoration came over to my house immediately when a storm had hit and water had come in through my walls. they took care of a temporary fix on top of my roof and made sure that no further damage occurred until my insurance could assess the damage. they also finished repairing the inside when all the work was done and I am very happy with the quality that was done. The people they sent to do the work inside my home were always very professional and kind

Swift helped us when our basement flooded. We worked with Collin, Izik, Stephen, and Tim! They were great to work with. They were kind and knowledgeable about what needed to get done to ensure everything got dried out properly and there was no mold. We feel confident we won’t have issues down the road with mold because of the thorough job they did.

This company was assigned by insurance due to flooding. They were very nice at the beginning. As soon as we said we weren’t happy with what they weren’t doing, they stopped coming around, but they still asked how things looked like they were still coming to make repairs. We had to keep asking them to come back to complete the job. They told us things were fixed but our complaints are still there. Someone from the company came out and circled everything we wanted corrected, such as holes, dents, etc. The crew doing the work tried to paint over the marks without fixing them. The paint bubbled over wherever the holes were. We finally just told them it was fine and asked them to leave. We still have holes, our walls/ceilings aren’t straight or even, and we still have unpainted spots. We were still billed for the full job. They also made a mess, that we had to clean up. We got a call to change our review because it wasn’t 5 stars. We asked if it was the same/correct company, and we were told that it was. We are definitely looking for someone else to come out and finish what they did not.

Swift Restoration redid a half bath for me and they did great quality work, easy to work with, a great price, gave me heads up on things. Loved how they communicated quickly and clearly. Loved how it all turned out! They were very thorough.
