Franklyn and whole team at All Dry Services of Ocala & The Villages were exceptional and amazing. Top notch professionalism, punctuality, and everything you could ever need in a Mold/Water remediation company. We contacted them on a Sunday after we were notified that morning of issues with our house and flooding. Franklyn came out immediately, assessed the issue that needed addressed immediately, and put in equipment before the remediation began. He was flexible as we worked with insurance and their timeline and was able to complete the whole removal of affected areas and remediation in about 2 days. Every step of the way, Franklyn supplied us with constant communication and photos/videos of what was being done. Long days didn’t stop him from sending updates via email late at night. I would recommend All Dry to ANYONE that needs mold, water, or fire damage clean up!

We had water coming from 2 places in our home, we contacted All Dry, they were professional from the very start! He was able to come out that afternoon and did the most thorough inspection, he listened to my concerns and made sure to address each one. The report was delivered the next day, a super-fast turnaround, and was very thorough and comprehensive. The price was very fair, and he was very knowledgeable and prepared. I am extremely satisfied with their service, professionalism, and customer service. I would absolutely recommend and this is who I will be using and recommending in the future! Update a few months later: Hired them again to inspect a different area, very satisfied with their thoroughness and professionalism. Very thorough in their documentation and reporting, would hire them again!

All Dry came to the rescue to investigate a property I was considering buying. He arrived promptly, completely surveyed the situation with his expertise, and gave me excellent advise as to what would need to be done to improve the property to an acceptable condition. They are very professional and reliable. They do excellent work, follow through, keep their promises. They leave the place clean and make sure their customers are fully satisfied. Mr Duporte communicated with me and kept me posted; his professional yet very human and understanding approach is outstanding. Franklyn, I want you to know, that after bracing myself for good cry on the sight of my apartment, I was so surprised, relieved and impressed.
