They were great in the beginning but after the initial mitigation all the communication dropped off. And I didn’t hear from them for over 2 weeks. I didn’t hear from them until I emailed Jeff a marketing manager about the lack of communication. I was told before contacting him that I would be handed off to a project manager which never happened. The assessment guy and the project manager were supposed to come to my house and walk the work that needed to be done. Which never happened. I finally heard from the project manager and he said he had someone in line to do the work and was waiting to hear back from them. I never heard anything more for two weeks and then I found out that the guy they had set up to do the work baled on them and they never communicated anything to me about it. I went almost two months with none of the work ever being even started let alone walked it looked at. I got an apology from the project manager but they was the last person I heard from and it was to late at that point so I told them I didn’t want to use their services and would just take care of it on my own. This was all covered by insurance also so the money was guaranteed and they didn’t seem too eager to collect any of it. It took over a month for them to get the mitigation check I had waiting for them. I was not happy by the end and never heard from a higher up or anything.

Paul Davis did a fantastic job of mold remediation and restoration of our half-bathroom, problem caused by an errantly installed fan. The Paul Davis staff readily diagnosed the problem and expertly and efficiently returned the bathroom to pristine condition. Beyond that, everyone at Paul Davis was wonderful to work with–kind, courteous, and capable. We highly recommend Paul Davis!
