Great experience today with George Santer. Had some water damage in my home and called Servpro for help. George arrived right on time and was very professional. He assessed the damage and dig something very difficult. He gave me the honest opinion that I was better off doing the work I needed myself. That his company doing the job would probably be overkill for the small problem I had. Honest and professional, would call if I ever had a problem again. Thank you!

We had a water issue in our home. Ivan, Gabriel, and Diego were able to come out quickly. This is a definite plus in situations like this. Ivan was professional, friendly, and clear. He answered all our questions. Gabriel and Diego were friendly too. Ivan did an excellent job communicating with us throughout the entire process. They were on time and left everything clean. We were impressed. We highly recommend Ivan, Gabriel, and Diego and have already been sharing with our friends in the event they ever need this type of service. Serv Pro. *We have already been recommending Mario and his crew to our friends. *Ivan was polite and answered our questions. He also explained the process. You could barely tell they were here working. When they went to lunch, he let me know and told me how long they would be out. Honestly, it was a very short lunch. When they were done at the end of the day, they left things as clean as could be expected under these circumstances. Kudos to you and your team, Mario. Ivan, Gabriel, and Diego were the crew. I recently experienced an electrical fire and SERVPRO was able to get out to my home so quickly. With an electrical fire, the fumes linger and it is extremely smelly, even after trying to air out my house. SERVPRO came in and cleaned my entire basement and first floor and was able to eliminate the horrible odor. Special thanks to Ivan, Gaberial, Jose, Alfredo, and Diego for being the BEST – so professional!!! Great job guys – would definitly recommend this service.

Mario Martinez has still not sent the plans after 7 weeks, rarely responds to my messages and told me my insurance adjuster has the plans, he does not. Terrible customer service and it is costing me more money because I can’t live in my home.

Jake was great at helping making sure there was no mold in my wall and made sure it was dry. He even went ahead and cleaned the mess the plumber left after they fixed my pipe. I would recommend him.
