I had a tenant who convinced herself that she had black mold in her apartment. I went over and detected no mold smell, and no apparent mold growth. She threatened to sue me if I did not remove all air ducts and replace them with new ones, with all the demo and rebuilding involved. That is when I called Shari from Mold Testing Sciences, so I could have an official mold testing result to go with. She changed her schedule around so she could come right away. Shari was quick, efficient and knowledgeable, as well as unbiased. She checked the apartment for water leaks or evidence of water damage. she open the air filters and checked inside. She took samples for different areas as well as outside for comparison. She overnighted the test samples so I could have a quick result, which I received within 30 hours. It showed clean air quality in the apartment, and now I have something tangible if the tenant decides to pursue her litigation. Thank you so much Shari for your help

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! they will just take your money. I hired them to do a test July 30. They seemed professional and kept in contact especially when traffic was poor which made them an hour late. That wasn’t a big deal because summer traffic is terrible. The man who arrived seemed professional and did all the tests. We gave him a check for the priced owed, got the invoice for it, and was told it would take 3 or 4 days to get the results. It has been 2 weeks and there has been no contact or results given. I’ve tried calling and only received voice mail (which is full so I can’t leave a message) and have sent a text message to the owner and have yet to get a response. I have checked spam and trash folders and have had nothing in either of those locations for my results. Today is August 13th. If I do ever get a response and/or my results I will update accordingly. Until then DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!

Shari made a very stressful situation easier to deal with. She truly cares. Not only did she come to my home on her day off, but her services went over and above what I ever would have expected. She was available for questions any time day/night during a very stressful situation, and her professional knowledge is exemplary. I’m so grateful to have found her!

Shari/Mold Testing Sciences were amazing. Shari came to our house the day we contacted her, took the test samples and sent them to the lab by the end of the day. She walked us thru the mold removal process and coordinated he remediation and final testing. The day the remediation was complete she came out to our house (on Easter Sunday!) to do the final testing so we could get back into our house ASAP. Her commitment to her clients is outstanding. I would absolutely recommend Mold Testing Sciences!

Shari took the time to explain the process and to comfort our worries of our situation. She is very knowledgeable and detailed. She was able to come in and identify our issue and worked to help us get someone in to fix our issue. She is a problem solver!

We purchased a home site unseen. I started pulling base molding to paint and discovered black mold. I contacted a company and they came out and checked it out and said we have a bigger problem than what I originally found. He recommended Shari at MTS. Shari came out the very next day and ran her tests. She said we have an issue but she wasn’t sure where it was coming from. I paid for the test results and sure enough we have mold. Because of Shari’s tenacity and commitment to her clients she took it upon herself to come out again to my home to find where the issue was. Sure enough she found where all the mold was growing and gave me a solution to my problem. My problem became Shari’s problem and she was bound and determined to solve it. I can not say enough about this AMAZING woman. She is absolutely phenomenal. LOOK NO FUTHER, YOU HAVE FOUND THE BEST OF THE BEST!!!!!!! Lora Emmons

Mold Testing Services (MTS) has tested 3 homes for me and as a Realtor this is very important for safety for my clients and also liability. Shari, the owner is extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. She really cares that people are safe in the homes they live and and the ones they plan on purchasing. I’ll continue to call on MTS over and over to give my clients the peace of mind they want and deserve.
