We live in Cape Coral, FL and took a direct hit from Hurricane Ian with storm surges as high as 18.5′. Nationwide had crews on the ground immediately. Salvador was our project “executive” and Allyson was our day-to-day project manager. The team was amazing. The entire team that worked on our home were responsive, respectful of our home (even though technically they were tearing it apart), and were just very kind and compassionate. They are among some of the hardest working people I’ve ever encountered, working long days in the very worst conditions. I only gave them 5-starts because I couldn’t give them 10-stars. These guys are amazing and I highly recommend them.

i had a small fire in new york and this company was extremely helpful during the restoration and clean up. i’ll never forget the nice guy who answered my call around 5am and offered me as much comfort and ease as possible during that extremely difficult situation. they were all very nice and explained the process and costs upfront. they were also quick and thorough in getting it done and even worked with my insurance. thank you forever, especially to Sal!

I had a great experience with this company after suffering water damage in my restaurant. I contacted Dayana late one night after finding water everywhere and they answered my call that same night. He communicated well and came as soon as possible to begin the cleaning process. His team worked quickly and cleaned up an unpleasant situation very efficiently. Water damage is discouraging, but I am really grateful that we find the help we needed. Dayana’s team is excellent at what it does, and most importantly, it matters. They will help us get the condition contained and cleaned with precision. It has been fair with prices and well in advance. Pay attention to details and make sure everything is taken care of. It also makes good suggestions and listens to your need. They are very committed and when an unwanted disaster occurs at home. Call it, you will not regret it.

The staff that came to my restaurant did a fantastic job cleaning! They were incredibly kind and fast, I called them and they immediately communicated they took my data, they communicated excellently with me throughout the process. It was a pleasure to have them in my business, after the inconvenience in the kitchen and a small gas leak, it could happen to older people, but this company is the best one for the restoration due to fire damage. Nice job!

I really recommend this cleaning and restoration service for water damage! This team is incredibly friendly, always on time, and its quality of cleanliness is the best he experienced. They have specialized machinery to remove water from difficult places, it works as a subsion. When I entered my house after that I was really impressed, it looked like another place, it feels like a new apartment, all clean and without standing water. I was especially impressed with the deep cleaning they did for my bathroom. Nor could we know that my bathtub could be so white! They are very respectful, diligent and patient. Lilian was the woman who came to clean the last time and I was very impressed. She did a perfect job and didn’t lose a single place. Thanks to Lilian and the entire team for always being so reliable, flexible and providing such high quality service!

I work for a real estate agent who wanted to clean a property and had some problems with sewage. Dayana attended us, a highly qualified professional and gave me the best price range. It was easily accessible and communicated quickly and efficiently. Your employees were wonderful! They were very nice, easy to work and did a FANTASTIC job. They brought their special machines, cleaned and removed all the water. My agent and I are so impressed that we also plan to use them for future work.

We have used this service already three times flood damage and every time they have come they have done such a wonderful job. They are fast in their communication and programming. They arrive on time, they are very professional, friendly and they do a great job, they bring machines and take out the water completely, I highly recommend it !!

This water damage restoration equipment is fantastic. Punctual, professional and very friendly. I am satisfied with how they removed all the water from my attic! Mauricio and Dayana are a great team: efficient and excellent attention to detail! I have been using the Nationwide Restoration Services, it is the first time and I am very satisfied and I recommend it !!!!!
