I’ve used ServPro several times over the last year. They’ve been professional, timely, and extremely competent. One of the times involved an insurance claim and they knew exactly how to handle it to make sure I didn’t get short changed by the insurance company. Tyler and Chris deserve a 5-star rating. The company as a whole deserves negative stars. As they service my house 11,05,2023. Here I am today still living in a trailer on my front lawn, 4 months later. Now I’m being threatened for payment or I’ll be put in collections. I’m still in my trailer with my family after all this time due to their neglect. The first night they came out the technician that came with Tyler was extremely intoxicated. Was just opening doors and walking into rooms of my house, Staring at my teenage girls and saying things to them to the point my wife had Tyler send him to the van. I could go on and on. Tyler and Chris, if you see this the two of you deserve to work for a company that has integrity and care about their clients. Not start a project and make them wait weeks, then tell them they can’t do anything because they are busy with another job.

We experienced an unfortunate second story toilet backup that soaked two downstairs closets. The clogged pipe was located in the basement which our plumber ( Bless him ) was able to disencumber. The process left an unsanitary basement which greatly concerned me. I called Serv Pro & they had their crew here within 2 hours. The bathroom, closets and basement was thoroughly sanitized and dried (industrial humidifiers and fans.) The crew was professional, courteous and punctual. After 4 days of drying a second round of sanitizing took place in the basement. I would definitely recommend using Serv Pro.
