The worst company I have ever had to deal with!!!! If I could give a negative star I would. Plain and simple, I sent an area rug and padding in to be cleaned. Picked them up and they were dirtier than when I dropped them off. The padding had been ran over by a tractor or forklift? And had sticks and leaves all over it. Took them back to be cleaned again. They sent the rug and padding to a location in Pensacola. They kept the rug and padding for another 31/2 weeks before delivering them us. I vacuumed the rug today and got 2 one gallon bags of dirt out of the rug. They obviously didn’t clean the rug either. Don’t use this company for anything!!!!

easily the worse restoration company out there. had a new roof put on and the roofing contractor messed up and had multiple leaks in my house so they hired contacted servpro to come out and fix the damages. servpro did not care about my concerns with the water damage that it did to everything in my and only replaced the water damaged that the roofing contractor asked them to replace, the water ran down my drywall, all over my ceiling in my kitchen and door frame and cabinets. said they couldn’t replace them due to not having enough water still on it, the water was sitting for two weeks before servpro did anything so of course it wouldn’t be wet but the water damage was visible, they only replaced the dry wall on my ceiling because they were working with the roofing contractor and wasn’t looking out for my best interest even though it’s my house.the dry wall work they did do looks like a 6 year old did, it’s bumpy you can see tape joints, they said that’s the best they could do. they put this tape stuff on my walls to keeps plastic up so they could keep the rest of my house from getting dusty, yet i do appreciate them doing that, but in the processes the tape they used took paint off my walls, now i’m stuck water damage to two door wall trims and my kitchen, ohh and they didn’t even clean up behind them they had so much dry wall dust and mud all over my cabinets i had to call and get them to come back and clean up.if i ever have to deal with a restoration company again i’ll be calling riko with pro-clean !

Most friendly and helpful office staff! They guided me through the process and had a team vacuuming out the water within an hour! Construction crew was nice also!

They don’t get back to you they lie about when they’re going to be here then lie about where they’re at and why they didn’t get here And then they left the job undone and incomplete. BEWARE

Nick came out to assess damage from a faulty faucet in our kitchen that resulted in sudden water damage and mold. Before leaving he installed blowers and dehumidifiers so start drying the space out. Crew Chief Chris Campbell and crew arrived a couple days later to start the remediation process. He and his team were on time and professional with each visit, keeping us informed with each step of the process. He was also very responsive to calls and text when we had questions. While we still have a long road ahead of us with repairs/replacements I can’t think of a better team to have had our damage addressed by.

We had a water leak from our washing machine and ServePro responded immediately. They had a technician here in less than half an hour. Chris was so, so thorough and knew exactly what needed to be done to remediate everything for us. 48 hours later and it’s like it never even happened! Chris gets 5 stars from us!
