The owner of this company, Greg, is an incredibly honest, kind, and warm person. A company is truly only as solid as their leader, and I chose this company because Greg was at the helm. I got to know him a few years ago when he evaluated a mold situation at my last house, and he was the most thorough and insightful person I had come look at the situation. We ended up not moving forward with that project, but when we needed our crawl space treated for mold in our new house, I knew exactly who to call. I called Greg and with zero hesitation he gave me 30 minutes on the phone explaining their process. Most of the time, it is hard to even get in touch with the people at the top. He is very much involved in the process of guiding and training his team, and the guys who did the work on our crawlspace were so kind as well. Victor and Carlos was so responsive and helpful and committed to doing excellent work. The end result is amazing and we have a super clean crawlspace now.

Victor looked at a couple of pictures I sent, determined it was just surface mold and told us what to buy and how to fix it ourselves over the phone. Total time: 5 minutes, Total cost: $0. If I ever have a real problem, you guys will have my business. Thank you!

I’m glad I had Victor from Tier restoration dropping by and inspecting my home for possible mold problem after a bathroom flooding incident. Victor carefully inspected the bathroom and the adjacent rooms decided we did not have any actively growing mold problem then advised us how to keep the area dry and clean. Victor, also graciously accepted to inspect the tight crawlspace Under the house for mold problems. He, again, Provided excellent feedback for keeping the crawlspace free of mold in the future, after finding no problems. I appreciate Victor‘s great manners, professional service and honest opinion. I will be happy to give him a call if I have any problem in the future.

Had crawlspace moisture and standing water under home. TIER was able to honestly assess and solve it within days. Reasonably priced too – another company quoted 3x higher with unneeded add-ons so I went with TIER. Since service, the crawlspace is dry again.
