Wow, I have never seen a cleaner job site! Steve of QCI came within 2 hours of my call to assess my water intrusion and provide me a free estimate for emergency cleanup and mold testing. My technician Chris arrived the next day with state-of-the-art equipment. The emergency cleanup was followed by mold and drywall remediation performed by Trained Technicians Chris and Mathew. The two are experts in their trade with no floor tiles damaged and not a speck of dust or mold left behind!! Next phase is completion of the drywall and other repair. I highly recommend QCI Mold and Water Removal.

Excellent service by Steve and team! Chris, our tech, was thorough in his assessment and even provided great professional insights on a tile job in progress that I was questioning at my house. I called QCI because the tile contractor accidentally turned on the shower valve (plumber only had the temp plug in place). This resulted in water leaking for an extended period behind the shower wall being tiled and exiting under the wall into an adjoining bedroom! I had drywall ripped 2’x8’ on two affected walls and put fans in place after mopping the floors. Called QCI and they did immediate testing/assessment, added a big dehumidifier and air scrubbing into the mix, fogged the affected areas as a precaution since tile contractor left AC running (not to mention a huge indoor air quality mess from all the white dust from their tile installation approach) while we awaited results of mold testing. Turns out what could have been a mold disaster was overted (I also decided to remove the shower that was under construction because of the “FL blob” method (spot bonding) that was trying to be used. Very grateful that I came across Steve and his company… it is true they are 24 hr bcs I called before 6am, they responded immediately and had a tech there the next morning. Would absolutely recommend their mold assessment services!

We were hit by Idalia. We had no idea where to turn. We had never experienced flooding. Our neighbor recommended QCI. Can’t even express the relief we were given by their representative Steven D. We were in NY when it hit. They were there the next day! It was the most professional job we could have ever asked for. So very thankful to QCI & Steven D.

We used QCI to remediate the overflow of a bathtub in one of our bathrooms. The job was done professionally with all the testing and reporting. Nearly 2 years later, our insurance company wanted proof of payment and restoration for a policy renewal. What a pain in the neck! But QCI had all the documentation in my hands the next day. Great company, great job.

Stephen is very professional and goes above and beyond. We hired 2 companies before him who couldn’t pinpoint the problem and Stephen was able to find all the mold in a 6000 sq/ft home.
