The tiniest hole on an outer faucet turned into a big mess on the inside of our home. Servicemaster in Nampa immediately responded, finding us a plumber to fix the pipe & sending out a tech to assess the damage & dry out the inside of our home so we could begin to rebuild. Phenomenal job by phenomenal people. First insurance claim ever & they walked us through it & made it easy.

After a flood in my home the team at Service master was quick to visit my home, assess the damage and immediately begin the mitigation process. I’ll admit, I was low key panicking, but they calmness and knowledge of the team was a great help for my wife and I as they walked us through the processes and what to expect. From dealing with insurance, to scheduling walk through a and bids with contractors, Magen was beyond helpful and ensured that we had the smoothest experience we could from a bad situation. Their cleanup and restoration crews are quick and professional, and the contractors they work with all did great work in bringing our home back together.

This company came out to “inspect” the damage from a water heater leak. The guy that came to our home was nice and seemed professional, but the whole time he was there he acted like he worked for the insurance company, and not like he was there to help us. He told us 3 or 4 times how our insurance company wasn’t going to pay. From the photos he took and what he wrote down, our insurance company said, that in fact they weren’t going to pay for the damage. This “professional” did not submit a video we took with water dripping under the house. When we submitted this video to the insurance company, they said they will pay now. If this guy would have submitted the video in the first place, we wouldn’t have had to go through fighting with the insurance company. I would NOT recommend ServiceMaster to anyone.

I can’t express enough on how impressed I am with Service Master. They are very professional, fast, and always kept me updated on what and when they were doing things from the days to the projects, from demolition to construction. I worked with a couple people from Dallas, with first inspection to dry up and mold removal, to Jordan with the clean up in the crawl space to all the dirty work. Then worked with David Tiber, very impressed, from reconstruction to the finishing phase. Very informative, and always kept me updated. This company “Service Master”, if I was to every have to need someone again for anything, I won’t look anywhere else but to them. Very, very impressed. Service Master is a great company! My mom and dad had a flood in the fall of 2018. They never had any of the damage repaired. They had water damage in kitchen and living room area. Due to the water sitting for so long, mold also set in. It was a major ordeal. My dad passed away May of 2019. I was alerted to the flood at that time and called Service Master for help. They were always so kind and nice to my elderly mom. For several months they worked to clean up the house. Chris Davis was amazing to work with and so was his team. As my mom’s house was completed, we had a flood in our own new home! A toilet seal had broke loose and dirty water ran through our ceiling and downstairs to our kitchen. I called immediately and they were there within minutes. Service Master was thorough and timely in their response. I would highly recommend any person to call Service Master with a home emergency, pertaining to flooding.

I recently had a water leak, which caused a lot of ceiling damage, in my fully finished garage. Service Master took the time to thoroughly inspect the damage, accurately estimate the cost of complete repair, and worked with my insurance company seamlessly, so I didn’t have to. They also provided protection over they rest of the garage, so no further issues/ damage would not occur during construction. Trevor scheduled out the work and kept me updated on any possible changes – he even stopped by (a couple of times), to make sure things were up to his standards. Jake conducted all of the repairs, so there was continuity of work and, when he was done, my home looked as though nothing happened at all! They even left the spare materials for me, just in case I may need any of them in the future! I waited over a month to write this, on purpose. I wanted to see if anything broke, fell out of place, loosened, etc…nothing. It’s all rock solid and as it was, before all of the water-related unpleasantness. I’m 100% satisfied with the work Service Master did for me. I was initially nervous, due to the scope of the repairs, but and beyond happy with the quality of what I recieved. I would absolutely recommend them, to anyone. Cheers, guys…well done!
