We had a mold issue on the ceiling of our rental unit’s bathroom and I Spy Dry was hired by our property management company to check it out. We have a daughter with a lung condition that made it a serious concern. Aaryn provided us with several options to help us make an informed decision while taking her wellbeing into account, mainly to have the treatment dissipate before her possible exposure to the fumes. Aaryn was friendly, efficient, and flexible with our schedule, in addition to leaving the bathroom spotless and free of mold growth. I’d highly recommend this company for any similar situation.

I had a broken water supply to the hot water tank. Water was all over the floor into the carpet. Aaryn came quickly and help clean up the mess. Aaryn came by everyday to check the drying progress of the carpet. He worked hard to remove water and dry up the carpet. He had to remove portions ofthe padding to help save the carpet. I believe his hard work gives me confidence that no mold or rot will occur. Thank you for your concern and professionalism to complete your task at hand.

Our washing machine leaked and flooded our laundry room and out into the other upstairs rooms. It then also flooded through the ceiling of our garage. After using every towel in the house, it was clear I needed more help. I was really nervous about getting everything properly dried out and avoiding a mold problem. I gave I Spy Dry a call and they were able to come over with their equipment and help me get the carpets and flooring dried out along with the ceiling in the garage. They were able to test the subfloor to be sure everything was dry before they was done. I really don’t know what I would have done without them. They clearly knew what he was doing, which is exactly what I needed. Thank you!

Amazing service. Took care of my mold problem on Saturday. Aaryn had very little notice and went out of his way to come fix my mold issue not only was the service prompt and amazing, he was incredibly nice and attentive. My kid flooded the bathroom and it was pouring through our kitchen ceiling. I had visions of pulling the whole ceiling down and the mess that would make. I also worried about under the bathroom cabinet being soaked. My brother said that I might not need to pull the whole wet ceiling down and recommended I call I Spy Dry because he had a really good experience with them. They came quickly. Aaryn was very friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough in testing for moisture and assessing the damage. He gave us what his plan would be, which was not pulling the whole ceiling down, thank goodness. He gave us a very reasonable estimate with no pressure to stick with him. We felt good about going with him and he got to work right away. He did a great job making sure everything got aired out properly and put back. I’m so glad I didn’t have to try to take care of it myself and I have the peace of mind knowing it was taken care of properly. I’m very satisfied and would 100% recommend I Spy Dry.

I Spy Dry has been very helpful to me and my needs around my home. Flooding and mold are two of my biggest problems and I Spy Dry has been there with training and knowledge to help me resolve the issues. Very friendly and not pushy at all.
