A dishwasher that leaked water and damaged half of the lower cabinets turned into an 8-week kitchen remodel from 90’s brown to modern white. Hero Restoration helped me with my homeowners insurance claim and they were very responsive to all my concerns and job changes. Their workers were friendly and helpful the whole time. A pleasure to work with.

A few months ago, we contacted Hero Restoration for an issue with my aging parent’s bathroom. Right away, I was met with great customer service and courtesy. I believe the first person I encountered was a young lady named Andrea, who was able to take my inquiry and get me in contact with Roger our contractor. I was then able to coordinate logistics with Roger and I was able to assist my parents with their bathroom updates after slight flooding. I really appreciated the constant communication, professionalism, and knowledge in the work they did. While I wasn’t able to be there, I also appreciated the patience they had with my parents. I want to thank Hero Restoration for all this, especially since I am away from SoCal at the moment, but it was very easy to do everything even while away.

I’m very happy with the water damage repairs completed by Hero Restoration. After a nightmare of discovering a pipe burst they handled my water loss quickly and stopped the leak. My new drywall, baseboard, flooring, painting and new bathroom shower looks impressive, couldn’t be happier. The communication process was excellent and a company I enjoyed working with. Worst company ever. I had a water leak and they did the rebuild. The materials used were cheap quality. Crews made a mess of counters caulking comes out. The floor in my kitchen are dangerously soft. Fiber board not replaced. Moisture barrier not put back. Then you complain they ghost you Horrible service They come out to take care of my issues. It was done well. I have changed my opinion. They have made a good job of taking care of issues

Do not trust this company! They sent out a painter to my house and the owner reassured me that everything was safe to just go ahead and leave my garage opener somewhere hidden and that they will make sure to lock the house up or make sure to wait for me till I got home From running errands to secure the location. I rushed home from my errands because I was alerted that my Internet was disconnected. He disconnected my Internet because he knew that my cameras obviously needed the Internet to monitor the house. When I came back home, the painter was quickly leaving and had his trunk filled with stuff and covered with a tarmac. I did not think really anything of it because I had so much stuff in my garage and I had a storage unit in my driveway. I started clearing up the garage and the storage unit after all the Construction was completed. We started looking for certain items that were completely gone! He stole over $1000 worth of my stuff, my mom‘s belongings and my sons! I did not make anything of it for a while because my mom was dying and she finally passed away and I now have the right mind too Make this statement. I have filed the police report and will be taking them to court! This is the very shady company. I am a single mom, and at that time was a caregiver for my elderly mother. Mind you, my elderly mother was in the house, while this guy ransacked my garage and helped himself to whatever he wanted! He should be ashamed of himself as well as this company. They told me that they would try to work with me, and I given them plenty of time and have been ignored! I will see you in court!
