We had water damage to our kitchen cabinet due to leaking pipes/ water lines. Joshua came out to assess the damage and was very professional, knowledgeable and gave us great information. He even answered questions and offered recommendations about a problem we are having with our stove vent…I would absolutely recommend caremaster for their services and knowledge…thank you Joshua, we really appreciateyou!!!

My insurance assigned them to me for flooding. They took care of the flood mitigation quickly. Though, they were supposed to respond in 4 hours, but after 12 I called them to ask what was up and they didn’t know who I was because “their phone system was down”. I then had to field calls between them and my insurance all morning. When it became time to repair damages they took weeks to respond to any correspondence. After over a month with no plans being made at all (and having no usable kitchen and walking around on a bare slab), they terminated the contract requiring me to find someone else for repairs stating “they couldn’t meet my expectations”. The only expectations I clearly outlined with them was wanting some kind of timeline. They also left some of my kitchen cabinets outside, which caused rain damage to them. They then told the insurance company that they left them indoors. After a mitigation process, the insurance covered the damages they caused. I would absolutely not recommend this place for any repairs. Edited to address their comment: This is the email account your company interacted with, it is unscrupulous for you to imply this feedback isn’t genuine and reflects poorly on your company. I am using this platform appropriately: to warn others of how you treated me. I did address concerns with you directly. The “mutually beneficial resolution” was to leave me high and dry after leading me on about starting repairs with absolutely no progress after over a month.

We used CareMaster after our transom bathroom water leaked and ruined the drywall and the builder grade tub. They restored the area and put in a beautiful shower. Kristin helped us with all the important details. Efrain was in charge of project. Everyone was professional and quick to respond to any question or need. We are very pleased and can easily recommend CareMaster.

Joshua Lowell at CareMaster was recommended to me by my plumber. Quick response professional and resolved my mystery 3 year old moisture in wood on landing at the bottom of steps. Tide laundry detergent (who knew) smart man. I did use to set laundry detergent on the landing until needed. – I guess I had a leak in one of the containers.

We had two separate claims in the same unit and we used Caremaster’s for the water mitigation and also the final repairs and restorations. Katie Lodholz was our Project manager for both claims and she really went the extra mile to help us throughout this whole process from start to finish. Katie was very knowledgeable about materials and the entire process and she was always professional, kind, had good communication, and when there were bumps in the road she really made an extra effort to make things right.
