I had water damage in my bathrooms and was directed to Rainbow Restoration. Nav did what he could to assist me when it came to dealing with insurance and that was much appreciated. Erik and Rodolfo did an excellent job in repairing areas that were not done to my satisfaction. Erik was polite and professional and paid attention to detail. My only issues were with communication, I wasn’t informed when someone would come out. I don’t know if that’s an office issue or what the case is but there was several occasions I wasn’t informed of things. Once I asked them what was going on with the communication Erik Alcantar made sure to give me information on repairs and give me time frames of arrival.

Parm Sandhu (The General Manager) and Nav Sandhu (The Assistant General Manager) came to our home to assess the water damage that was done as a result of a slab leak under our foundation. After assessing the damage, they immediately assigned Luis and Rodolfo, who are two of their top employees, to make the repairs to our home. Luis and Rodolfo were dedicated to their work and they completed the repairs quickly and professionally. Rainbow International Restoration has saved the day for our family twice in two weeks! Jose Solis came out for two separate leaks, and was absolutely wonderful. The week after he completed the removal of mold under our kitchen sink, Jose and Erik Alcantar came back out to inspect a roof leak. On both occasions they were on time, provided a lot of communication regarding our issues (from Erik and Jose and the team at the office), and very meticulously and professionally completed our projects. I was incredibly impressed with the time and care they took taping off my cabinetry in the kitchen. We were not prepared for a project that big, so I hadn’t removed my decorations or anything from inside the drawers and cabinets. Jose took care of everything for me, and was so respectful of our home. This has definitely not been my experience with construction in the past! While I am crossing my fingers that our aging home does not require us to call Rainbow International Restoration again soon, I definitely would hire them in the future (and request Jose and Erik)!

We are very pleased with the great job Jorge, Ariana and Maria did in our home. Although there was tons and tons of items (delicates too) to pack they were very pleasant and treated every item like their own. They are knowledgeable, and fast. They always took the time to answer all my questions pleasantly. They have great work ethics are punctual, pleasant and efficient. I recommend them for any job big or small.
