Julio and his team came in and worked really fast to clean up the water and dried the place. Repaired everything quickly. They were respectful and helped with everything. I had no worries. They left my home organized and clean. Excellent work.

My wife and I don’t know why God chose use to go through this event BUT we are extraordinarily happy that He led us to SMFS to go through it with us, and I truly mean that. Standing in the street at 1 in the morning, watching smoke pour out of the house, I felt totally lost and alone but from the first phone call handled by Stephanie, meeting with Eddi and interaction with Liz I never felt that way again. Their compassion for our situation, their passion for what they do and they way they responded to and cared for my wife is a level of professionalism and ownership I’ve never witnessed in a business before. Everyone that I met from the organization over the past few months has been kind, respectful, patient and caring. The pride and craftsmanship that went into our home is amazing and the little things they did that they didn’t have to do brought my wife great peace and joy. When Eddie and Liz met us at our house to welcome us home, my wife’s tears of tragedy were replaced by tears of joy, and they stood there and got emotional with us and just loved on my wife. They are genuinely good people, and I’m so honored to have met them. I pray your never in that hopeless and lonely situation BUT if you are I encourage you to give them a call and you allow them to walk with you. I don’t regret it and I don’t believe you will either. On swear in night, my family came home to a busted pipe in our home at close to midnight. We had 3 inches of water on the first floor of our home. The ServiceMaster team came in and stayed until close to 4am getting all of the water out of our home. They worked quickly to process our insurance claim and get workers to our home. They finished the restoration in a timely manner and always cleaned up after they left. The ServiceMaster team was extremely professional and responsive. I would highly recommend!!

When a serious leak was finally discovered in our master shower wall, three rooms in our home were affected. Our insurance company recommended Service Master by 5 Star. Martin and Julio got there in a hurry, and got on it quick. In a short time, debris was removed and fans were running to minimize mold damage. When it came to remodeling, we selected Service Master by 5 Star. Eddi was able to help us see the finish line and gave us great ideas on how the finished job would look. The finished job turned out beautiful. I believe also what makes Eddi and Liz successful is how they surround themselves with good people who know how to get the job done right. Eddi and his crew tend to small details as well, which is always a plus for me. Overall, very satisfied and very deserving of 5 Stars.

We had a water leak and 1/2 the house was flooded. Called the insurance and within and hour Abel and his crew showed up. Very knowledgeable and willing to answer any and all of our concerns. We had questions a couple weeks after and Abel still made time to answer questions. Thanks Abel!
