My husband found some mold in our crawl space from a plumbing leak. I called 911 restoration to come check it out. They arrived right away, the project manager was great with communication and they didn’t charge me for an inspection! Luckily we didn’t need extensive repairs but if we have this problem in the future, they will be my first phone call!

In a time of stress and anxiety I over mold and water damage, Juan and his team came in and helped remedy the situation. Communication was great, and everyone involved was professional and helpful. Emilio and the crew that came out helped me out and I can not give them enough praise. Anyone that needs help with mold remediation should be reaching out to this company.

We had them come out and do some water clean up and mitigation. Crew was great. Estevan was awesome. Very attentive, helpful, and accommodating. The rest of the guys were great too. They made sure everything was taken care of and tried to minimize the impact this was having on our family. Def recommend them if you need.this type of service.

I came home to a flooded house on a Sunday evening due to my washer. I called 911 and they had a crew at my house within about 2 hours; by 530pm that evening. They even apologized for taking so long, explaining they had to go across town to the shop and get one of the trucks. The thing I appreciated the most was once they got there they just told me to relax, they were there now, and they are going to take care of it. They showed and explained everything they found and did, including what I needed to do or not do and what to expect. They were at the house daily, keeping in communication with me throughout. Everyone who came over to help from 911 was friendly and helped put my mind at ease. Thank you 911. While I hope I never need to use them again I know who my first call or recommendation would be.

Juan and the crew were professional from my first conversation. Juan came out same day I requested a quote and turned around an estimate next day. Pricing was very competitive. And they worked with me on a start date. Mold remediation is never good, but 911 Restoration made it fairly painless.
