“BUYER BEWARE!” Had a house fire, Indialantic, due to heavy smoke Ins deemed it a total loss Paul Davis shows up, said they could help start to finish, hired them on spot, I was numb, cat died, car melted, it was horrific!! It took PD 2 years to complete job, but thats a story for another day. PD said they would take good care of my belongings not to worry. They will store and clean all items. I trusted them, my mistake. The day after fire my 4 sisters and I came back to house to check to see what could be saved with the proper cleaning ect. So I know for a fact what could be saved, & what couldn’t. After 2 years of waiting, I finally came home. They returned my stuff. They stole me blind!!!! My best stuff was missing! Things I can’t replace! Example: original 1960 teak coffee tab.,with glass top, cast aluminum 5 pc set of pool deck furn. no smoke damg, large Tiffany dragon fly lamp gorgeous, original 4 pc1940 wicker in mint condition no smoke damage, TOO MUCH TO LIST. 40 years of picking just the right pieces, gifts from deseased brother, sister, parents, husband, GONE!!! I had other peoples stuff mixed in with mine?? Nothing of value, shoes, plastic junk, things you can find at a Goodwill. They never bothered to clean my items as promised so, soot sat on all my stuff for 2 years in storage, ruined. They did clean my clothes. I had a meeting at my home with owner Phil Welsh, head of construction and my project manager, they could not explain where is all my stuff?? They could never tell me, said they thought it was charged off to Ins.??? WHAT??? THIS IS STUFF I CANNOT REPLACE!!! While displaced for 2 yrs I bought things I knew I had to replaced, when PD, people came to help unpack even more stuff came up missing, I just bought that stuff, where is it??? Phil if you read this SHAME ON YOU SHAME ON YOU SHAME ON YOU!!! Your lack of Integrity is beyond diappointing! You chose to stick you head in the sand and ignore me! You Phil, are the owner therefore responsible! How a company can do what you have done to someone, anyone that goes through the most tramatic event in their lives is just plain SHAMEFUL!!!! PEOPLE BE VERY CAREFUL IF YOU HIRE THIS COMPANY!!! If they did this to me, they will do it to you! YOU’VE BEEN WARNED!!! ANOTHER DAY STILL Haven’t HEARD FROM YOU PHIL, I CAN’T SAY I’M SURPRISED WHY Don’t YOU CONTACT ME? WHAT IS THE PROBLEM? Ok it’s been a week and haven’t heard from you?? The Paul Davis Restoration team were extremely professional and courteous. Hard working would be an understatement. Craig their project manager on a daily basis would provide us with a status report. When we had appointments he would schedule his team accordingly. Top Drawer.

Everyone was very professional, hard working, respectful, and detailed. They completed the job in a very timely manner. Don or Terrance communicated with us every step of the way. Everyone involved from Kevin, Brian, GS Flooring, Young’s Painting, Claudia’s moving team , and the gentlemen who conducted the final cleaning were all excellent! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend any of them.

When my house was damaged due to a corroded cast iron pipe line, under the slab, I was not sure what to do. It was a very tough and disheartening time. Paul Davis Restoration of the Space Coast was hired, and I am so very glad. I myself am in construction, working as an enlisted structural engineer for the Air Force for 10 years and as a commercial flooring estimator for 3 in Tampa prior to my current endeavors. Terrance was an exceptional project manager and helped me every step along the way. Juan and Rueban did some of the best flooring I have seen done, and Sheldon is finishing off with fantastic baseboard work to tie it all in. I am very grateful to you and your team and if you could buy these guys lunch I would definitely split the bill. If I have to pick one I am picking Juan but they should all have lunch because they all did great work. Lets split the bill. Thank you so much, Daniel Adams

Terrence, the project manager has been great in keeping us informed of the work process. He was even able to get us back in our home sooner than the expected finish date which we needed and appreciated. He listened to requests/concerns and always kept in communication with us and always responded promptly. I would recommend Paul Davis to anyone who is in need of restoration of their home. He was truly great as well as the rest of the staff who worked with us.
