Terrible customer service and communication. Destroyed and removed items without permission or discussion. Work was fast but reckless. Promised to fix/compensate for unnecessary damage that they caused, but did not follow through. If you use this company, make sure you are there at all times to supervise and ask questions.

ProKleen was recommended to us through a realtor. Upon contacting ProKleen they were quick to set up an appointment and arrived on time at the site. Rusty was very detailed oriented and thorough on his walkthrough of the job. He gave numerous suggestions how things could be restored versus being replaced. He explained the process and what we could expect while answering our numerous questions. His estimate was extremely detailed with line items listed making it easy to understand. I have no doubts he will do an outstanding job on the project.

The guys that came out to our place were incredibly professional and courteous. We were very impressed with the care they took in they moving carefully through our house and evacuating the water from our crawl space. Incredible work! While I hope I will never need to call them again, if I ever require water remediation services in the future, they will be my first call! Thank you Jake and Andrew!
