Craig and his team truly went the extra mile to ensure that our mold and water damage was properly mitigated while ensuring they did the least amount of damage possible. They made sure to go by whatever the standard guidelines were to ensure everything was done correctly. I can’t thank enough for the timely services Craig offered. Coming from a bad experience with another vendor Craig and his team resolved my problems with utmost professionalism. Really thankful for Craig who wouldn’t charge for the extra few days for the dehumidifiers! Definitely recommend the services of Craig’s team if you are looking to stay within budget and get the job done.

Craig and the team we great to work with. When our house flooded they went above and beyond to not only help get the house cleaned up, but they also helped us understand what was happening and what we needed to keep in mind to get everything back to normal. This included finding a contractor to help with the rebuild and providing everything the insurance company needed so we didn’t have to track stuff down after the fact. Hopefully we don’t need emergency water restoration services again, but if we do, then I know who my first call will be to.

Great work and fair price. Cheaper than the other places and still better service, more thorough. Caught a leak that the other place did not and saved us money in the future because of that. Highly recommend

Craig and United Water Restoration were great. I called on a Friday morning after another local vendor abandoned the water mitigation work midway through that had resulted from a plumbing failure. He was not able to come out immediately, so provided a number for another business that may be available sooner. When they were not, he agreed to come by and take care of us after hours to make sure that we were not left stranded. His work was meticulous and he came back for several days over the weekend to make sure things were monitored, addressed, and on the way to being restored. He was kind and respectful and cares about the people he serves and the work he does.
