We had a flood due to a frozen pipe issue. We initially contacted a water mitigation company, but were pretty unhappy with their aggressive approach. Our insurance company referred us to ATS, and things went much more smoothly. Our master bath as well as most of the first floor were repaired or replaced – a painful process made easier by ATS, specifically Tom, the project manager. We are back home now, and the house looks great. Tom was very communicative, did what he said he would and was able to get us back home in the estimated timeframe. Would highly recommend ATS and Tom.

My insurance company had subcontracted them during the Texas storm in 2021. I understand that receiving material on time was an issue however the project manager never responded on time. I had to make sure I reached out to him to get updates on a daily and weekly basis. The PM always had excuses ready for something or the other. PM make some offline promises but when it was time to deliver on those promises, he turned back and said he didn’t make any. Quality of work – 2.5/5, We had a tough time getting the work completed and the project was delayed by nearly 3 months. In the last 2 months the work was shoddy and scrappy Responsiveness – 0/5 – As mentioned above. However, some of their subcontractors were good and responsive Very expensive contractors. will not recommend to anyone

Tom Burns (Project Manager) and the ATS crew were assigned by our insurance provider to perform the repairs to our home after the busted frozen pipe related water damage. Tom is extremely knowledgeable, polite and very punctual. He made sure his team delivers the best results in a timely manner without much rework or wasted time. A+ experience all the way! Highly recommend ATS team. Thank you Tom Burns for for doing an excellent job and help us move back into our home on the planned date. Thank You!!

Once all scheduling of workers and timelines established, job was completed fast! Lino Jimenez displayed great attention to detail and didn’t try to do a rush rush job. He was extremely willing to make sure I was thoroughly satisfied with his work. Bathroom is so cute! 👌 …

My Project Manager was Tom Burns. He gave the best customer service. He was always on time. He made sure I was pleased with his repairs. Tom was also very nice and professional!!
