Mike and all his guys were fantastic. The results were better than I could have imagined. They do great work and refused to cut corners. The owner checks his employees work and does not accept a good job, he insists that all work must be done great! I have referred top choice to friends and family and will use them again for an upcoming bathroom remodel. Pricing is great they do not overcharge for anything. 5 out of 5 stars!

We found Mike through our insurance company. He is extremely responsive and reliable. His team does really good work. He takes time to explain why he’s doing things or why it has to be done that way. I know nothing about construction and he was extremely patient with me. If you communicate your expectations to Mike he’ll meet them realistically or adjust. I would totally recommend him to others. He also stands by his work.

Top Choice did an Excellent Job. Water damage which lead to major construction work – OVERWHELMING! Top Choice took the time to explain the process through completion. Deck had to be taken down, rotten wood throughout….Floor in the kitchen area taken up – along with much more…. All in all when the job was complete we were and ARE Very Happy Customers.! We are proud of the new deck with a tin roof! We will use Top Choice Restoration for our next project. Thanks Top Choice for working with us.

Top Choice restoration did amazing job on my home. Mike and his team walked me threw every step of the process, Mike gave his honest opinion in several options to solve the issues that were going on in my home. Being a first time home buyer he provided a lot of knowledge of thing’s to pay attention to in case anything ever happens again in the home. The Quality of the work was awesome.
