The guys that came out put me at ease. My washing machine back up at the connection and there went the flooding of my kitchen and dining room area. I was distraught for I had just put wood flooring in my dining room. Had to have the wood flooring taking up. These guys got in there pulled the water out and put the fans in in no time. But the biggest thing for me was yes the physical work but also the putting my mind at ease with an option that fitted my needs and my pocket. Thanks 911 Restoration for having such incredible employees. Wil definitely recommend to family and friends.

In August of 2022 water started gushing out of my bathroom vanity. I called multiple companies but 911 had someone to my door within 2 hours. Over the course of 5 months the owner and I worked closely to resolve issues with payments from my HOA & insurance, supply shortages and unexpected issues found in my home that had to be addressed. All in all my entire 1 bedroom had to be renovated and i must say it’s beautiful. The owner is professional and goes above and beyond to get the job done.

Donnelle and his team are great! We had a last-minute incident during a holiday weekend and his team was on it without questions. Did a superb job that we hired them back to another of our locations to fix a major air conditioning leak that cause major damage to two offices. We would recommend them to anyone who needs fast reliable services. We will use them again, if need be, in the future.

Dennell was amazing! Our bathroom flooded and was like a small water park! Water was coming through the ceilings.. Dennell and his team responded to the emergency within a couple hours of my frantic call and remedied the situation within 24-48 hours. They communicated with my insurance company and kept me in the loop every step of the way! Thank you sooooo much!

They came out to remove the water from my toilet overflowing and turns out I️ had mold too. They were quick and informative! Helped me through the whole process and now I️ can use my bathroom again! Will definitely use again (hopefully I️ wont have to but things happen) and would definitely recommend!
