Very responsive but does not follow through. When the worker came out I was under the impression we would get an estimate on the spot but the guy who came out said he would email it. When no estimate came in I called and asked when to expect the estimate and was told that they don’t email estimates unless in a contract. They accused us of doing the job and said there was nothing left for them to do except to rebuild it, however, there is still rotting wood and wet parts in my wall and the wall needs further demolition to find how far the water goes but they are unwilling to do it. It became clear they didn’t want the job which is fine but I would rather be told that straight up, not given the run around. There was a lack of compassion from this company. I would not let this company be your first stop, they are very unprofessional.

We had a pipe burst in my bathroom. Little did we know there was mold as well. Guy and Josh did an amazing job taking care of completely drying the bathroom and cleaning up the mold quickly. Thank you so much.

This company was absolutely fantastic to help us through a multi-million dollar restoration project after the storm freeze on Christmas Eve 2022. Guy and Sarah’s crews were extremely hard workers, professional and dedicated to helping us through the mess the storm left. I highly recommend this organization to anyone in need.
