Lloyd Tournet with Power Pro Remediation has fully exceeded my expectations. I am a new homeowner and had water damage in my home, which I knew absolutely nothing about. I called Lloyd, and immediately felt relieved. Lloyd guided me through the entire process, step by step, ensuring that I was aware of every single thing going on, and the overall process and intervention that will be taking place in my home. Lloyd turned an extremely stressful event, to a positive, super easy experience! Not only is Lloyd very personable and super friendly, he is extremely knowledgable and intelligent. Lloyd knows exactly what he is doing, has years of experience, and will get any job done with exact precision! I was very impressed with my experience with Lloyd, and honestly would not have gotten through this without his expertise and assistance. My house had a smell to it I could not find. I had my house tested for mold which cost $1,000. They found nothing. They also did not ask me any questions. I did my own in house testing. Nothing was found. I received Lloyds information from a friend. He called me back on a Friday at 5 pm. Within 20 minutes of his questioning I found the source of the smell. A trip to Lowes and a few items. Problem was temporarily stopped. Lloyd gave me the names of someone in my area to help me get to the root cause. Thank you so much for the peace of mind you gave us.

Exceptional professionalism! Lloyd and his crew are the most professional and respectful folks. We have just used them for the third time, despite the unfortunate water damage to several rooms in the house, we looked forward to working with Power Pro Remediation. They are extremely responsive and meticulous. Lloyd quickly assesses the situation and takes the appropriate actions to mitigate further water damage. Power Pro is an excellent choice for a mold remediation company. Lloyd explained all the aspects of the project up front, coordinated perfectly with insurance, and provided great recommendations for general contractors once the mold remediation was completed. They even went out of their way to reinforce a temporary countertop for us to use while we wait for the contractor to complete the repairs. They were great at communication, scheduling, completing on time and within budget, and closed out the project in a timely manner. All workers were professional and respected my private residence. The mold testing, contracting, customer service, and billing were easy and professional.
