We called Certi-Dry after learning we had a leak. Their mitigation team was A+ and we were so happy we called them. They worked with our insurance and worked quickly. We ran into some issues with work and product coordination during the rebuild process. The owners Jessica and Dave got involved and were able to get things back on track. We couldn’t be happier with the end result, the workers did a tremendous job.

Ricardo and his crew were very professional as well as personable. They went above their responsibilities, alerted us of ann issue with the water heater. Always on time . The actual work was excellent and complete. Explanations were great and spot on; with no surprises. We would highly recommend Certi-dry.

Certi-Dry recently handled a mold issue in my basement, Matthew was very helpful in providing information and answering questions. Their team was skilled and did an amazing job, it looks like a whole different room now!

I cannot say enough about how amazing Certi-Dry is, I worked with so many of their team members from the office staff Mat, Ricardo, Annie, Zee, LeAnne, Jacob to Luis & team that did the work – every single one of them was so incredibly kind & helpful. When the issue first occurred we contacted a different restoration company who didn’t want to help us since insurance was not willing to cover the damage. Knowning we had a mold issue that we couldn’t handle on our own & a 1 year old who could easily get sick, we were feeling alone & defeated. We decided to give Certi-Dry team & they were so incredible every step of the way reassuring us that they will get our family through the mess. They were so thorough in their work & walked us through every step making sure we were comfortable with everything. Despite being a crappy situation, we felt so grateful that Certi-Dry came in & said “we have your back & will get you through this”. Truly an incredible team they have. Hands down recommend this amazing team!

we had a major water damage/mold issue. Matt came out our house the next day, Due to my wifes health issues this was a critical situation for us, they fixed the mold issue in less time than expected, they also charged us less than the original estimate,

Terrible! Hidden fees, discrepancies with billing and pricing. Before the project I asked numerous times about the planning of the project—no one could help provide any information. And now when the job was ready to be done the worker is confused on what to do. He calls the project manager and has it on speakerphone, the project manager was rude to the worker (he was Mexican & the project manager is a white guy). All in all, very dissatisfied with the service overall, the communication, and the unclear pricing structure. Get it together.

I found some mold underneath a piece of trim in my basement. I called Certi-dry and they had someone inspect the mold and surrounding areas and gave me a quote in the same day. The price was cheaper than the competitors and I paid them to remove the mold. A few months later I added drain tile to my basement and the company I used showed me that I had some mold behind some drywall. I contacted Certi-dry and they came out to inspect it. They completed the mold clean up free of charge, which I was shocked. I had a great experience/customer service working with Certi-dry. I would recommend them to anyone.
