I’m a property manager and recently had a hoarded apartment. The team Steve, Tony, Adam and Joe were assigned to my case. They cleaned out the apartment down to the subfloors. The entire team was friendly, easy to work with FAST and professional.

Avoid this office they are a complete and total joke and jerked us around for 6 months. They came out promptly to remove some drywall in our ceiling and bathroom floors then they passed us off to a third party for the reconstruction and that’s when things fell apart. The contractor Dion would let weeks go by with no communication, when asked he would say oh I called your insurance and left a voicemail. After a couple months of back and forth with no results I reached out to the Servpro contact Marie who basically told me there was nothing they could do and to contact the contractor. This dragged out for 6 whole months and I still have a hole in my ceiling. I finally decided to take matters into my own hands and seek another company to complete the work they left unfinished. Awful experience.

About a week and a half ago my family came home to a flooded kitchen which unfortunately leaked all into our basement. I called Serv Pro to assist in the cleanup and get everything dried out. I spoke to Gloria who was able to be at my house in just a few hours and was in contact with me each day. Following her after her inspection, Stevie and Tony showed up and worked quickly and efficiently to get all the standing water up, all my personal items to a safe space, and quite a few fans installed to get everything dried as soon as possible. I was so impressed with how fast they worked. Over the next week Sean, Tony, Joe, Stevie, and Jeremy worked on demo, packing, and more dry out. They showed up everyday and worked until the job was finished. I couldn’t be more appreciative of the job that they did. Although our house had to have some demo done, they got us in a position to put everything back together without the worry of anything being wet/moldy. Thank you Serv Pro team!

Steve, Shawn, Joe, Jeremy and Tony recently worked on my home after a kitchen fire caused damage to my entire downstairs area. The team ed by their manager Gloria made the entire process smooth and as comfortable for my family and our dog Bella as possible.
