The work performed was exceptional! The only area for improvement might be enhancing communication with clients. While handling the water damage restoration process via an insurance claim in Los Angeles, it was a bit challenging to receive updates. Although this was largely due to the nature of the insurance claim, there were instances where we needed to reach out to the office several times to obtain a status update. Notwithstanding, I would still rate the service provided by Thomas and Julian as 5-star and would merely suggest better communication.

Thomas from Blue Water Damage Services did a fantastic job for me! I had previously reached out to a few other well-known water damage restoration services, but was turned away because they didn’t handle RVs. However, when I contacted Thomas, he responded, ‘Well, I’ve never done one, but I don’t see why not.’ He promptly arrived in Los Angeles and did an outstanding job with the water removal!

was a godsend. Brian answered all of our frantic questions when our basement suddenly flooded with sewer water. Terrance and his team arrived in and sanitized and thoroughly cleared out all damaged items. was kind, and the water mitigation team went above and beyond. Would recommend!
