Service Restoration was there when we needed them. Their response was incredibly quick, and time is very valuable with regards to water damage. Our office flooded (Saline Heart Group), and we were able to begin assessing the damage in 20 minutes. Cody Williams was here quickly with his team and they got to work, clearing water from the top and bottom floor — both of which were affected. No one ever wants to have a disaster at your business, but this company made the process so much more tolerable. Their help with not only the clean up but facilitating help with the adjuster and getting us back up and running quickly was so helpful. They were professional and made us feel at ease during this disastrous time. I would recommend this company to anyone in need of disaster relief. I would highly recommend this company for any restoration services you may be needing. When we walked in on a Wednesday morning to a multi-level flood in our office, this company was quick, responsive, and helped make the best out of a terrible situation. Cody Williams was our project manager. He and his colleagues were at our office (Saline Heart Group) within twenty minutes from our call. They were able to remove water quickly, facilitate our clean up, and help us move forward so we could take care of our patients as quickly as possible. All in all, the group was fantastic. Every person associated with the company was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. We appreciate their assistance and taking care of our business in a professional manner.

Called Service Restoration and within a hour they were at my house cleaning up the water. They promptly set equipment and started drying and within just 3 days everything was back to normal. I would highly recommend this company for any water damage. Very professional company.

Came out the same day I called and checked to make sure everything was ok and= that our water damage was drying up. They house flooding cleaned up and hauled away all debris that was ruined. They just made the whole situation a lot easier to deal with for me. Great company.
