I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with water damage in my home, but I was fortunate enough to come across Regent Restoration. From the moment I reached out, their professionalism and customer service were excellent. Aaron came to my home to provide an estimate, and I couldn’t have been more impressed. He was extremely helpful and took the time to thoroughly explain the entire process to me.I highly recommend this company for anyone in need of water damage restoration services.

Please read negative reviews prior to choosing this company!!! -* BEWARE OF FAKE REVIEWS!!! Just like several others have said…I had a major water leak a months and a half ago! The “drying” was okay. Horrible pack out. They left multiple things everywhere. They didn’t bring a container that they said they would, ended up having to move boxes all over my house. I have been at a hotel for a months and a half! I have 5 children for a family of 7, it’s awful! Julio and Nathan came to complete the quote 3 weeks ago and here we are still waiting. I have tried to be nice.. aggressive not matter which approach is taken the outcome remains the same… The response being, ” I will reach out to the contractor, and get back to you. It should be done by today”. They have 3rd party contractors, terrible communication to say the least… never know what’s going to happen day to day. This has been an absolute nightmare. My insurance has already paid the “preliminary quote” $30,000!!!! This is crazy! I read previous reviews that customers had to find a different contractor in which this is what I am going to try and do now… I hope it’s not too late in the process! JUST WOW – update! Ok understood. There is a 10% of the total estimate termination fee in the contract you signed with Regent. I just spoke with my supervisor regarding the situation and I was able to get the 10% waved if you could please remove the review that was posted. Please let me know if you agree. Thank you & my apologies again for the experience you’ve had with Regen and the delay towards the change quote.

The most incompetent company. Unreliable dates, poor planning, aggressive collection efforts even prior to work being completed. They became a joke in our house and have redefined what “for sure” means into the complete opposite. I would never recommend them or use them again. By the way, this experience is even after speaking with a manage who claimed he would be “watching” our project. I’m actually now searching to see how I can get another company to come finish the job.

I have a rental property in fort worth and my tenant called me last week with a leak in the wall !! My plumber sent me Mike shifflett !!! These guys did an amazing job on the dry out and the flooring looks better than ever !!! Great company thank you regent
