John and Geo were extremely responsive, sending guys the same night after I called to report water/ mold damage discovered in my condo. They did quality work and provided my insurance with the required detailed reporting. They completed my small job despite them getting inundated with bigger jobs post-Hurricane Ian. I am very grateful and would highly recommend them.

I wouldn’t wish this company on my worse enemy! They put me through hell for nearly a year! I had to get another company to come in. Therefore, I paid twice! Promised to be with me through it all! I am elderly and disabled and was certainly taken advantage of, in more ways then one! Only showed up when they wanted money! Stay very far from this outfit!!!

Above water has gone over and above my expectations. As a community association manager it is vital to have vendors that would go over and above our expectations. Every time I’ve had a water leak, major flood, mold remediation or construction projects at any of my properties including HOA, High-Low-rises properties, Above Water has exceeded their expectations. They have been prompt proper and diligent with handling our clients and management support. As a portfolio manager it is very difficult to keep up with the day-to-day responsibilities and having them on my side has simplify my life in ways that no one can imagine.
