This process makes your house smell so bad. My upstairs bedroom smelt absolutely disgusting for almost a MONTH after treatment, despite having the window open 24/7 and fans blowing the air. I even vacuumed the carpet and warm-washed the walls and the stench still permeated. Try having to sleep with that nasty smell clinging to your room for nearly a month. The technician also left dirty shoe prints in my bathroom when climbing up to crack open a window.

If you want a company who truly cares about your situation, pure maintenance is your people. Mike Adams, the owner is one of the most genuine people I’ve meet. He helped with our mold problem and went above and beyond for our little family to make things safe for us! Pure maintenance was also more than willing to search for any mold issues we had in our home! They jumped right into our crawlspace and attic without any thought and found our problems! I don’t trust a lot of mold remediation companies, but this one I can say I do! They also have an understanding of the dangers of mold that other companies do not even come close to recognizing. I’m grateful for these guys! Have them come to your home if you are concerned….you won’t be disappointed!!

Chris came back and took hours cleaning my window seals and crawl space. There was a lot of mold. He did a good job. It was hard to have a conversation with him because he was bouncing all over the place and I didn’t understand some of the things he was talking about. It was odd. He did do a good job though

Exceeded all expectations. Chris was amazing and patient as I described all my symptoms and problems. He instilled a confidence in me that the product and process was going to be effective and quick. All mold smell is gone. My property is no longer triggering symptoms. So grateful a company like this exists for people with immune systems that have been messed up by mold exposure.
