I could not be more pleased with my experience. The staff is professional, thorough, and efficient. They were prompt and communicated well. They made sure I was completely satisfied with their work before they left. Their price was more than fair, and I believe it to be a bargain considering their equipment and efficiency. Hello, Our Church hired Serpro of Laurel to do a deep cleaning which included carpet cleaning, tile stripping and re-wax, moping, pew cleaning, blind cleaning and a complete wipe down of all surfaces. We couldn’t have been more pleased with the job they did for us! Servpro has a GREAT customer service dept and their employees take pride in what they do! I was quoted $2500-$3000 to come clean walls ceilings, doors baseboards. For cigarette smoke removal. Also hired them to clean ac ducts and vents. And for a hydroxyl machine. The did not clean the ceilings, and brought the wrong machine, so did not get that done. Yet when billing came, I was charged a full $3000, even when services charged were not provided. Bad communication on their part. It helped the smell a lot but then was told to light some candles and I would not notice. The biggest reasons for hiring the company was for the machine and ceilings, two things I could not do myself. And they were the two not even provided. For that I am completely disappointed. As for deep cleaning they did do that well. When it came to the ac and duct/vent cleaning, I would never recommend that service. They didn’t have the correct tools, they didn’t have the spray paint for the vents, I jad to go find some. At which point they painted over a dirty vent. They vents inside were still dirty and not cleaned well. The vents got put back on missing screws. They made a large mess and only cleaned what was directly under the vents. They made a huge spill in my driveway of about 2feet by 4 feet of the chemical they used and never cleaned that. I have kids and dogs playing out there. They came down to $2500 which still did not make sense. Most people remember the hydroxyl machines alone for $500-$1000. I will not use again and would urge others not to waste their time.

The Servpro team responed immediately and were extremely thorough, hard working, answered any questions and provided all the necessary resources needed to complete the job. They are very knowledgeable, friendly and I would absolutely use them again and highly recommend their services to anyone.

I purchased a commercial food service building. It was awful!! The walls, floors appliances, everything was a greasy mess. Servpro of Laurel spent 4 full days cleaning and scrubbing. The staff were professional, courteous and took pride in their work. Their goal was to make sure I was pleased with the job they had done. They 1000% exceeded my expectations. I would recommend them to anyone needing services. I can’t say enough good things about them. Thank you Servpro!!
