TL;DR Highly recommend; they have earned my trust. My only regret is hiring them too late in my project. Next time, I will hire them to handle everything from A to Z! Long Story: I had a major water damage incident in my property that required rebuilding all the drywalls in the master bedroom and reconstructing the shower. Additionally, I had to deal with the insurance adjuster to avoid paying out of pocket. During the project, I interacted with Masha and Moe. Masha handled the insurance adjuster on my behalf, and Moe was the tech lead overseeing the entire construction. Masha was very polite with customers and proactive in negotiating with the insurance adjuster. Moe was transparent and upheld high standards. Moreover, their crews were very respectful and even brought their own microwave to heat their lunch, minimizing their use of other areas in the house. I appreciated their consideration and was more than happy to provide convenience for their crew members. Towards the end of the project, we faced a tight deadline. Moe kept me honest, didn’t over-promise, but still delivered on time with high quality. This showed their reliability and trustworthiness. They also maintained high standards in communication, usually responding to my texts and calls within 5 minutes, which was a significant improvement over my past experiences with other home remodeling professionals. In summary, they are customer-obsessed, have great ownership, and insist on high standards. You won’t go wrong with them.

I am extremely grateful for Moe and his crew. 1 originally contacted them through LV Home Service page on Yelp. Awhile back, we had a small leak coming from our upstairs bathtub into our primary bedroom closet and floor. The leak only happened when the tub was full so it was a slow unnoticed leak until the damage was done. I contacted different companies through yelps inquiry service. LV Home Service was the first to respond. I also was going through my home insurance who only quoted me and granted me less than 20% of the actual cost of the damage. Moe immediately guided me with what steps to take with working with my insurance. He also worked very closely with my insurance agent to get me the right supplement for my claim. He was so patient and understanding when some issues occured with my insurance company. He communicated with me constantly and always checked in with me while the insurance was delayed. Once everything got cleared Moe and his team begin work immediately. They were very professional and respectful of my home. My master bedroom flooring is beautiful. And the upstairs bathroom is gorgeous and exactly how I wanted it. It was long and tedious process but Moe made it a lot easier! I recommend him and his team for any project you have!

I’ve worked with Moe and his team on multiple in our home. Some were projects involving home insurance and some were cosmetic projects we paid for on our way. They have been consistently super professional, timely, great at communicating, and easy to work with. When our friends and family need referrals, we happily mention them and we plan to reach out to them whenever we need their help again. I would highly recommend this company. They are fantastic!

I woke to a kitchen, living room, dining room, family room, and entryway flooded because of an apparent pipe burst. My home is one-story, older, and that was the beginning of a three-month nightmare. Mainly due to insurance, which is worthy of its own book. Thankfully, I was able to choose my own contractor, and I found Valley Home. Masha, Moe, and the guys went above and beyond to ensure that my home was brought back to a habitable status. The pictures are important. After the water was removed, walls had to be repaired, my beautiful engineered hardwood flooring removed (insert crying emoji here), as well as the ruined, warped kitchen cabinets. The old flooring had to be scraped away, replaced, and they took heroic steps to save my granite countertop. My countertop is 3cm, which is hard to find nowadays, and naturally, I wanted to keep it! After a couple of months of living in one section of my house, watching things get torn up, dumped in bags, rebuilt and replaced, I was finally presented with a house ready to live in again, my life has been peaceful ever since! While I hope to NEVER EVER go through such an ordeal again, I will 100% choose Valley again if it should happen. The attached photos are just a small sample of the gazillion I took, but I think that these are pretty representative of the long process. Worth it.
