We had a water leak in our kitchen that required a complete rebuild and mold mitigation. I called Professional Water Restoration and Justin answered the phone and was very helpful. I had an appointment the next morning with Seth and work began quickly. Kevin and Britt worked hard to get things ripped out, cleaned up and coordinated the mold mitigation team. Seth was quick to respond, offered an efficient resolution and was willing to work with us to keep costs reasonable. Every step is explained in detail of what needs to be done. This is a young company but they are doing it right!
