Kerry and Clayton did an awesome and were very thorough. Not only were they very kind and personable but they also took the time to explain to me what they were doing. 10/10 recommend. If possible, ask for Kerry and Clayton.

OK, let me just say: these guys (Kerry, Ethan B, Jerry, and Chris) are FANTASTIC – truly LIFESAVERS. Following the flooding of our basement due to recent torrential rainfall, they immediately came out. And they didn’t just foist gear upon us; they carefully explained all the different options for drying things out in the most efficient and cost-effective ways possible. As mentioned above, we worked with Kerry F, Ethan B, Jerry, and Chris, and they all were PHENOMENAL: super friendly, knowledgeable, funny, comforting, and helpful. Kerry and Ethan B did much of the “heavy lifting” in terms of setting things up and demo; and they were SO kind and supportive. Jerry was so nice that my wife actually hugged him in gratitude after their visit – as we both were SO stressed about getting the situation under control, and Jerry was SO understanding and gracious. So yeah, if you have a flooding event, you can TRUST these kind, friendly, and competent professionals. An A++ experience, all the way around! Thanks Kerry, Ethan B, Chris & Jerry!!!!

May 14th my mom had a water line break which resulted in her basement flooding. She has progressive ins who called SERVPRO and they sent 2 guys out to do the cleanup. KERRY & ETHAN came to her house and absolutely blew me away with their work ethics. They both are very friendly, professional, and very hard working. These 2 guys went through all the right steps to insure my mom’s basement was dry and mold free. They worked their tales off to make sure the things that needed to go away went away and the things that were to stay stayed.the set up equipment and let me know what each piece of equipments purpose is. Have an issue that SERVPRO handles pray you get ETHAN AND KERRY.

Kerry was amazing!! He was very polite and professional. He kept everything clean and organized. Hopefully, we never have water damage again, but if we do, we know who to call!

After 2 levels of our home flooded, Bryan was able to get our flooring dry without having to tear it up leaving us with minimum repairs that need to be done. The team showed up within hours to start the drying process and came back every few days to see how things were going. Absolutely awesome!

We found about ⅓ of our downstairs bathroom flooded one morning and called insurance. They immediately recommended ServPro and referred it out, and I’m glad we accepted! Kerry,F., Shane W., and another gentleman came out. Kerry was extraordinary in his communication and consultation, and was thorough. He discussed their concerns, ideas, and recommended remediation and demo processes, and I’m happy I went with them! Another crew came out the time before project completion, and they weren’t as communicative, and tracked in dog poop (apparently my dog went in the front and we missed it, he didn’t). But Kerry came back out for the wrap up, provided updates and expectations, cleaned up, and they did a phenomenal job! Would HIGHLY recommend!

What a lifesaver in such a stressful time! Kerry F. and his team were professional, thoughtful, efficient and went above and beyond (in my opinion) when my master bathroom toilet leaked through the floor and through the ceiling of my finished lower level. As a single woman, it was very stressful and Kerry and ServPro were kind, very thorough, communicated the steps in the process. Make them the first call, then call your insurance agent!!!
