The McCardle Team reponded quickly to our request for service after a window well drain was plugged with a water buildup which subsequently entered our finished basement. The water was the result of 4.0″ of rain in Haslett on the night of June 16, 2024 and the morning of June 17, 2024. It took 7 days of fans and dehumidification to dry the carpet and sill plate. The restoration is pending. I thank the response and actions of McCardel staff, returning daily to monitor and work on the remediation. Special note to both Zack and RJ/

My washer formed a leak and did significant damage to my flooring and the drywall in the finished basement below. McCardel sent a crew out immediately and began stabilizing my house. This was my first time working through an insurance claim. They were knowledgeable on how to navigate this process. Kyle acted as the field leader and is a great communicator.

I had a gutter installation that left a leak, I called with a mold issue they came out right away and the man was very nice that I talked to. I told him that I was sick from the mold I need a ceiling and a wall repaired,he left. It’s been 3 weeks ago!! No contact?

I spoke with Mr. Cousino regarding some work needed for my parents home. He was above and beyond professional and extremely helpful.
