Juan from King Master Restoration was super helpful to us when we had storm water coming through our wall. He responded quickly to our call and was willing to come all the way to Tehachapi. We had just recently moved into the house and we didn’t know the true source of the water, but Juan helped us locate all the water-affected areas and helped guide us through the restoration process. He also went above and beyond to help us communicate with the insurance company. We highly recommend King Master for the quick and quality service they provide, and for treating us with respect. I was so lucky to find King Master. I had terrible water damage due to a pipeline leak from my bedroom and living room. My ceiling in my living was damaged. Juan and his team did an incredible job in my house. They fix my ceiling and my bedroom walls. He was very honest and friendly during this stressful time for my family. After the job was done, it looked better than ever. This whole experience went down very smoothly due the professionalism of Juan and his team. The pricing was very fair too. I would definitely recommend King Master to anyone. He’s the best and I got him on speed dial if I need him again. Thanks Juan

When my house flooded, I called several water damage companies and kept getting, “We don’t service Mojave.” Juan was the only contractor who came out. He set up dehumidifiers and air scrubber machines, and in less than 2 hours, the equipment was doing its job. From the start, Juan put my mind at ease and explained in detail the process and the work needed to fix my flooded home. He is an amazing person, very knowledgeable, truly a rare find. After the asbestos was removed and rooms completely gutted, Juan brought out crews to rebuild my home. Walls, ceilings and floors in 7 rooms needed complete restoring. He has specialists in all areas of construction and every job was done to perfection. I discovered Juan works to a higher standard than most others; he truly cares. Restoring my home to my satisfaction was always his priority and he does the most beautiful work! He went above and beyond my expectations (I’ve read this in other reviews as well). He fixed and made better many things that weren’t part of the job. My home is completely restored and transformed. I can’t say enough in this review to fully express my gratitude and appreciation for this man and his company, King Master Water Damage. What was a complete disaster is now a huge blessing. There’ll never be a day that goes by that I won’t be extremely grateful for the outstanding work Juan did on my home.

A pipe burst in our home and caused major water damage to our bathroom, bedroom and living room. Juan came to the rescue and assisted us with numerous repairs. He went above and beyond, even fixing things that were not part of the actual job. We randomly mentioned that one of our fans was not working, he decided to take it apart and had me run to home depot to get a part so he could fix it. This is the type of care he shows to his customers, truly remarkable customer service. I recommend King Master, not only for water damage needs, but also all the repairs that require attention to detail. He will educate you along the way and provide you with the best advice. I highly recommend him!

We had our AC leak shortly before 4th of July which caused extensive water damage in our ceiling, walls, and floors. From the first visit Juan was so helpful and reassuring. He called and communicated regularly and was always available for us in dealing with the insurance. This was our first property claim so we had no idea what to expect but he made it the smoothest proceds! Since we had some damage to our bathroom vanity and mirror we decided to have the rest of the bathroom finished and Juan set us up with everything! He came on weekends, early mornings, and evenings. Our house was completed in less than a month and I could not be happier! Juan even did some extras for us without even charging us! He replaced 3 very old lights with recessed lighting and installed a new ceiling fan for us that we had been wanting to do for a while! I recommend this company and hopefully I won’t have anymore water damage but if I do I know I’ll be in good hands!

We had a roof leak in our garage due to the heavy rains. The drywall needed to be torn down and replaced…The ceiling and side wall. Because of the extensive damage to the wall, our workbench need to be torn out and demolished. It was overwhelming for me, as my husband has been immobile due to many surgeries over the last year. I was dealing with all this myself and caring for him. I didn’t know what I was going to do with all the tools, and no workbench. Not only did Jaun do an excellent job repairing everything. He was extremely helpful to me. BUT….. He put beautiful cabinets (top and bottom) in for us, to replace the workbench. He did not charge us for this. From the bottom of my heart, I am so grateful and extremely blessed. I would highly recommend King Master!!!!!

My living room the bathroom the kitchen was impacted I was worried and didn’t know what to do, We found this company and they answered right away and gave me a great quote. Thank you Juan for all the work you did to my home!!! He was very respectful and professional with his work. He was very quick and efficient restoring my home that flooded and got it fixed correctly. He kept me up to date with all the work that was going on and reassured me that everything would come out better than before.
