Hard to live months without a Kitchen!! Jarvis has earned my respect and trust. We had our entire kitchen ceiling collapse due to massive rains and roof leak from winter 2023 record wind driven rain that seem to go on for months without end. Jarvis was on-scene in record time after I called in a panic. Their crew was understanding and concerned while mitigating water damage in our beautiful, custom home. Moisture testing, marking and removing of soggy, damaged drywall and insulation throughout our large kitchen and leaks that even went into our garage (YUCK…”water does, what water does”). Areas were saved or protected where possible. Then a system of dryers were installed and protection/access made to undamaged areas so we could at least continue to live on-site. We had to live without a kitchen until the roof and deck were redone by a roofing contractor first, so this was is a REAL test of consideration and patience on all sides! Finally, I was able to let Jarvis get back to the interior restoration work. Our home is an ultra-modern, custom design. We do not easily trust just any contractors, but we feel so fortunate that Casey Vail was our Jarvis project manager. He listened to our concerns, was always available by phone when needed and stood by us every step of the way from day one to the finish. The construction team members were careful with the finishing details in our home, very considerate and even called/texted before arriving each day. So pleasant in a most difficult time. Casey really knows the “special chaos” of water damage and restoration and he uses a steady hand coordinating a challenging, multi-step process. We would not hesitate to give the entire team the highest praise and recommendation. Thank you, Jarvis!

The line to my ice maker malfunctioned in the middle of the night and I woke up to a kitchen that looked more like a lake. I had the appliance guy fix the issue but needed to have all my floors removed and replaced. I called my insurance company and they recommended Jarvis Restoration. The guys that came over were awesome. Peter and Ryan headed up the job and I could not have been more pleased with their work. They were very meticulous and were careful with my personal belongings which was a huge deal for me as I am neat freak and a little OCD. I will use them again and recommend to my friends and family.

Save yourself the trouble and go with anyone else. This place made a bunch of claims and promises which were never met. The only real updates and communication I got was when they wanted money. The final price had some how added things that where originally priced out in the estimate but “werent” actually part of it. After all the mess and everything I was reassured they would fix it and for my troubles reduce my bill by the deductible amount to compensate, that never happened instead they sent me an invoice for payment that my insurance agreed to only to “include” the plumber stuff in their owed amount which was a whole separate deal. Needless to say they got the extra money out of me but now I know this place is dog water at best and scammy crew most likely. If I could I’d give you negative stars. Reading other reviews I realized we all have the same issue and his name is Casey

This past very rainy winter we discovered we had a roof leak. After getting the leak patched we turned to David Reyes at Jarvis to remove the damp and moldy drywall, insulation and unfortunately our built in closet. David operated like a surgeon, cutting and cleaning only where there was moisture and damage. By the time he was done our mold problem was history. Then Bryan C sent us his best guy to rebuild the wall and ceiling, and to paint it to match our existing walls. Job well done. So when we found another ,leak in our family room ceiling we started the process again, first having roofers repair the roof so that the leak would be fixed. Lucky for us it rained heavily the day after the roof was fixed so we could tell it was a successful patch. Again David Reyes cleaned up the much smaller mess and tested over and over for moisture, finding none. So Bryan C sent in another great worker who patched our ceiling and you can’t even tell he was here! Also paying Jarvis – Laura is awesome and makes it almost painless to pay them. Again, job well done! I am hoping my flat roofed house doesn’t need them again soon, but if we get another leak we know Jarvis will be there to fix it.

We had some damage from a water heater leak, and Jarvis was so easy to work with. They were prompt, hard-working, and knowledgeable about our insurance. They communicated well throughout the entire project. I highly recommend them!

Had a major flood at our house and my insurance company told me I had to use thier “preferred vendor” to do the work at my house. After 2 days of the other company at my home I kicked them out. They were sloppy and made a huge mess of my family room when we weren’t home and didn’t even tape off the other parts of the house so dust got everywhere. I come to find out that I’m allowed to use any company I want to do the work on my home. My plumber recommended Jarvis Restoration and I’m so happy they did. They were so respectful of my home and made sure to keep everything neat and tidy. My project manager coordinated with my insurance company to take care of all the payments and minutia so I didn’t have to. The finished job looks amazing and my home is back in order thanks to them.

On multiple occasions, Casey and the Jarvis team have met our family in moments of significant need and helped us solve complex home problems (one with a significant leak, another with our shower). These could have been costly, burdensome crises; however, the Jarvis team spotted the issues quickly, provided us with timely and reasonable cost estimates, and sent along workers who were skillful and kind. Along the way, the entire organization – especially Casey – was responsive, empathetic, and motivated to deliver high-quality service. I give them my highest recommendation for any restoration needs!

There are few reasons that I am writing this review about this company. They completed 2 jobs for me. First time they were very overpriced specially if they know insurance is going to pay. Their quote was 2 times the normal repair price. They did same repair in half the price if you pay them directly. Their staff was mostly very rude and unprofessional. They always try to avoid giving you itemized quote. If part of work was not completed, they will say you, it was cheapest part of the job. You will hardly get any refund for that. I do not recommend using this company for any of your repair jobs.

BEWARE! They will nickle and dime you and your insurance company. Charged us for things not done! Multiple duplicate charges! Fraudulent and unethical business practices. Stay away!
