Mark and his team were so awesome. We’ve never had to deal with something like this and they made the process seamless. They helped us through the whole process and guided us to what we should do next. You could feel a genuine consideration for us and what we were going through and we are so grateful that they made this as easy as it could have been for us under the circumstances.

Can’t say enough good about the great people at this company. They were able to come so quickly to help clean up damage from our water heater bursting. They had all the technical instruments to test for water damage and fans and dehumidifier to get the job done right. They are super friendly, responsive and professional.

We recently worked with 1-800-water damage after my 3 year old son flooded our bathroom which led to damage in the bathroom, a bedroom, and a large chunk of ceiling and wall in the basement. Marc and Kevin were absolutely fantastic in helping us deal with this crisis! They were quick to come out when we called and they were thorough in assessing the damage and making sure everything was dried out and taken care of. They worked with our insurance and have made this whole process so much less stressful. If I could give 10 stars I would!
