Had a shower leak and called on Jan. 25, 2024. Shower upstairs and it was leaking into finished basement. Took them 4 days to get here (Jan. 29, 2024). Insurance is paying for EVERYTHING. Required a complete gut to studs and subfloor. New tile, drain, plumbing in walls, and new glass. The earliest we were told (text the contractor on May 1, 2024) was May 10, 2024. 3 1/2 months and NO communication from the contractor. We had to contact him every time. DO NOT RECOMMEND! Especially, Jason Hakk, our contractor. So disappointed!

Just had one of their painters (Max Rex) finish painting our home’s living area (ceiling, walls & trim) as part of a restoration project. He did quality work, kept the area clean as he worked and was extremely professional.

As a former Police/Fire Sgt it takes a lot to overwhelm me. But a frozen pipe that ran for a couple of weeks while my folks were out of town gets close. Destroyed 2 bathrooms, hardwood flooring on the main level and took out the furnace with standing water in the basement. Rob with VD&K made the process as convenient as possible, the crews were professional, courteous and treated our personal affects like their own. Taking items back to their facility for cleaning, drying and restoration bringing it back nicely packed while the remainder of the work was being completed. Big or small I won’t call anyone other then VD&K for any fire, flood or restoration needs!

We have had VanDam & Krusinga do several projects around our house, from completely gutting and redoing a bathroom to replacing siding and decks. They do beautiful work, in a timely manner and for a fair price. We won’t hesitate to call on them again for our next project. I would highly recommend them for any projects you may have around your home. Their workmanship is truly unmatched.

Absolutely amazing. We had an emergency(on a weekend), a serious water leak flooding our basement. I made the call to VDK and they were on site within an hour. Our technician’s Nate and Kenny took charge and started mitigation immediately—highly knowledgeable and outstanding workers. Just what you want in a household crisis. They definitely put us at ease. The work was handed over to project managers who’ve been good listeners and have been developed a solid plan with the excellent communication. If your in need, make the call you’ll be glad you did.
