Utility construction in our neighborhood coupled with a large rain event caused our basement to be flooded with muddy water. Servpro of East Kalamazoo get right out with several industrial dehumidifiers and fans, then steam cleaned the floor. They really did a great job. Our thanks go out to them for a great experience.

I want to give a huge thank you to Serv Pro. These guys were on top of things from day one. I had water damage on walls and flooring and they were fast to arrive and here daily to check on things. They are respectful, kind and professional. I recommend these guys to anyone who needs them. They worked directly with my insurance company to set up all the needed repairs and cleanup. I can’t thank them enough. I will use them again without question if the need arises. Again, they were awesome!
