We needed some cleaning done in the basement of an older home to the walls and we called Serv Pro. They came out the same day to provide an estimate and we scheduled the work promptly within a few days. Kevin May was prompt, responded to email, set expectations for arrival time and estimated time to complete. The work was thorough and we are very satisfied. It is tough sometimes to get people to arrive on time for a work order, but Kevin exceeded my expectations.

Kevin and his crew were absolutely amazing. Very professional and explained everything they were doing. We never saw the crew stop from the time they arrived to the time they left for the day. Kevin explained what our different options were for various content that needed to be assessed and also explained what we would need to provide to the insurance company. In a very difficult situation, Kevin and his crew did everything they could to help with the restoration process. Would recommend them.
