I don’t regret hiring Joe to come and inspect and test our home for mold. He was very flexible and accommodating. He came out the ae day and was willing to work with us on payment. We had a time sensitive issue and he exceeded in all areas. From being thorough and diligent while conducting his work, he was providing us with educational information to help us understand everything. Very personable and understanding. His reports are helpful with laying out the remediation process and what areas will need to be repaired as well as information around the molds and other allergens that he finds in your home. We couldnt be more please with his level of professionalism and ability to help our military family in a pinch. If we ever found ourselves in need of his services, he is who we would call for the job!

Joe (JRG mold inspection) was extremely helpful. I had called other companies before calling him and they seemed to just do the mold inspection and that’s it. Joe is much more involved, and really helps you through the entire process and makes sure that the mold remediation is done correctly. Joe was very responsive and answered all of my texts and phone calls right away. He is very knowledgeable and made very good recommendations to the mold remediation company. The mold reports came back quickly. He was very patient and retested the area until it was mold free. I felt very secure and relieved that I was no longer living with Mold!!! Joe was worth every penny and I’m so glad that we chose him. I highly recommend this company!!!!!

I called Joe to inspect an area under the kitchen sink where I found mold. I didn’t want to disturb it if it was black mold. I have a baby in the house and wanted a professional to come inspect it. I called Joe because he was close by and he was experienced. He promptly came the next day and took samples under the sink and did air testing downstairs and upstairs (I was worried about airborne mold hidden in walls or hvac). I received a very detailed lab report a few days later along with Joe’s recommendations on how to remedy the situation. Joe is VERY friendly, reliable, and is knowledgeable about mold. He respected my sleeping baby and fiancé and tiptoed through my house quietly. The process was fast and streamlined and his equipment was very cool. I would recommend Joe to anyone who needs a mold inspection and professional lab results. Joe sent texts to update me and an emailed copy of the full report. Hopefully I won’t need mold testing in the future but If I do, I will be calling him!
