They did a great job! I had them clean and fog my air ducts. My appointment was today at 1000 and they showed up early. All the staff was quick and polite and Andre even let me pick his brain on some other items I needed to fix and ran through some brief information for me (I’m a new home owner so I had a ton of questions). Great communication and fair pricing from some of the other places I called. They were in and out in under 2 hours.

Andre was one of the nicest people I’ve ever dealt with. When we had a washer installed, the delivery company broke a valve and caused water damage to the laundry closet. I was given Andre’s name to help with remediation of the area to stop any further damage or mold. I called him that day, and he kindly walked me through his process, which I had no knowledge of, explaining that he would carefully inspect for water damage and dry out the area before mold could grow. He was able to come out immediately the next morning to begin the cleaning and drying process. To my surprise, he offered to repair the area as well, dry wall, floor, baseboards, and fresh paint. This was very important since we needed the washer/dryer installed as soon as possible but wouldn’t be able to do that until the area was repaired and waiting for insurance can take months or years. Andre took care of the entire repair in less than a week, and the quality quality of his work was great, as you can see in the pictures. He was even willing to work over the weekend if we needed him to, which was nice to hear. For any emergency water damage, Andre and his company are the #1 choice for quality work and customer support. He won’t hold your repair hostage over money and is only in it to make sure his customers are safe and satisfied. I hope we’ll never need Andre’s services again, but in the unfortunate event we do, I know I can call him and receive a quick response, with fair and honest pricing for quality services.

We used Bold City for mold mitigation and we were very pleased with their work. Andre took a lot of time answering our questions and making suggestions on the best approach to cleaning up the mold and ideas on hope to prevent it in the future. Andre and his team at BCIAQ were professional from the moment I first called, to the moment the project was finished. We hired them for mold remediation in one of our bedrooms, after discovering mold and having it test positive for being toxic. After calling several different companies offering the same services, Andre was the ONLY one that was able to pinpoint the cause of the mold. Him and his team were on time, communicated throughout the entire process and went above and beyond on the job itself. We were so pleased they were able to start immediately.To top it all off, their prices are competitive and very reasonable. Which was great because we were unable to go through our home owners insurance and had to pay for the remediation out of pocket. Andre at BCIAQ was one of the best experiences I’ve had with a company. I challenge you to find a remediation company that has better customer service or better quality work.
